Welcome to our office

The Outer Cape Dental Group was born out of the merger of the Wellfleet Dental Group and the Outer Cape Dental Center.  Dr. Justin Ruffner and Dr. Kevin Toomey, along with their talented staff, are committed to setting the standard for dental care on the Outer Cape.  Both offices, successful on their own, when combined enable us to provide you as a patient with a wide variety of services you may have had to leave the Outer Cape for in the past.
